Those two vices are not the cause.
The past life dimensional drifts you experience are troubling to me.
But that is just me.
Don't take me wrong, there could be something you need to accomplish or witness.
I don't know, I hope someone here can chime in and be of help, I think @"Mystic Wanderer"  or  @"senona" maybe able to answer some questions.

Nice insight guohua,  I am troubled by some things I saw and experienced that had no explanation and these thoughts can come to me at times.

Like I said, I am not troubled by the dreams but I can at times dwell on those unexplained situ's like that day in the desert.  Hence writing about it may get it off my chest.

Yes, an in depth explanation as best you can with out any names that might make you feel uncomfortable.
The more open the more you left out, the more you'll remember and you might find the answer.

Edited to add, you may want to return to the Ancient One  and let him know, I sure he would have advice.

I would like to but he lived in Central Australia like the rest I know.  Most of those older ones are passed.  I live on the eastern coast, a few thousand klicks away.  I'm comfortable to write about it but won't mention names.  It is forbidden anyway to mention aboriginal names of those who have died.
