FTR...I chose #2 because of the bridges over the Flambeau river.
I specifically asked about the Flambeau Paper Co. bridge...which looked to be the only bridge that had train tracks and would have had the space on the sides to spray paint messages.

When I received an answer about that specific bridge...without a correction...I thought I had it.

That particular bridge was out of service for train traffic for decades.

It's possible it's the same one? This mill has been bought, sold, and shutdown / restarted multiple times since then. They even converted it to an ethanol place at one point when the state was all corn crazy about 15 years ago I think. This was almost 20 years ago on the dot. I know they covered the "view" with a walking bridge, but cant say the last time a train crossed there (but it did that night!)
