The folks involved in Agenda 21 have always had a freakish level of obsession with vaccines. When I started to see the same from the "experts" in regards to The Virus.. those alarm bells started ringing more than ever.
At this point, we see all of the hallmarks of their envisioned technofascism. Non-human enforcement, contact tracing/community led public safety systems, monolithic unquestionable "experts" (its #Science!), vaccines, destruction of small/medium businesses, HUGE push for centralized dependency, social blackmail and castigation for "blasphemy," etc.
