You can't trust anything the SPLC says, ever, but these San Diego goons sound like a branch of the "Black Hebrews" or "Black Israelites" - which goes a long way in explaining why the fella in the video above didn't know the Bible well enough to know whose son Seth was. They don't know anything else about the Bible, either, and probably should refrain from trying to quote it until they've at least actually read something out of it... but then they wouldn't be Black Israelites any more...
