The Strange Case Of Duffy The Singer From Wales
#2
I must confess, I had never even heard of Duffy - she must be a "young folks" thing. Out of curiosity, I listened to some of her music, and believe I may have discovered an alternate explanation for her disappearance - it seems to have something of a niche appeal.

Still, if she would be so kind as to forward to me a name or other identifying information on her captor(s), I could have him (or them) bound, gagged, and rolled into a carpet roll in her basement, suitably duct taped, within 36 hours. What she does with/to them after that is none of my business...

.
Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
