On the east coast of England is a town called Grimsby, a moniker that may cause some to see the once-great
fishing port on the river Humber in a less-than-acceptable light. The fishing industry dwindled in the twentieth
century and Grimsby was so badly impacted -like most northern communities, that it's only recently the town is
getting back on its feet.

Of course, the medical profession wouldn't change during the troubling-times of the rarely-talked-about moving of
industries to other countries and importing cheaper labour of a certain ideology, would it?

The National Health Service of the United Kingdom is supposedly the toast of the world, a shining example of free
social care with the accepted perception that their Doctors and Nurses bring only the best of medical patient-protection
to those of the British Isles.

No... trust the science and it goes without saying, trust your Doctor.

Twisted doctor strapped lover to bed & injected her with drugs in EXORCISMS to rid her of ‘evil spirits’

'A twisted doctor strapped his lover to a bed and injected her with drugs during EXORCISMS that almost killed her.
Hossam Metwally, 60, made dozens of video recordings of himself administering fluids to Kelly Wilson while chanting
as part of a "dangerous perversion" of the Islamic Ruqya ritual, a court heard.

A jury at Sheffield Crown Court was shown extracts from 200 clips the doctor recorded over four years, mainly at his
home in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. Some of the recordings show Ms Wilson strapped to a bed, in others she is in a bath,
and some show a white liquid being administered - on occasions using an electronic device.
The exorcisms left her close to death with multiple organ failures.

In one clip from 2016, Metwally can be heard chanting and after he revives his partner with smelling salts, she asks
"have you raped me?" and requests the police.

Metwally, who is originally from Egypt, told the jury he performed rituals on Ms Wilson to exorcise evil spirits, called Jinns,
but said he only used holy oil and did not inject anaesthetics. Following an eight-week trial, the jury took just two hours to
find the father-of-four guilty of endangering Ms Wilson's life through the unlawful and deliberate administration of anaesthetics
or sedative agents and drug possession offences.

Judge Jeremy Richardson QC told the jury he had "never been involved in a more bizarre case" in his 41-year legal career
and said Metwally had been convicted on the "clearest possible" evidence.

'DISTURBING RITUALS'
Metwally also admitted two further charges of voyeurism.
Opening the case for the prosecution in June, John Elvidge QC described how an investigation began after Ms Wilson was
taken to the Diana, Prince of Wales Hospital in Grimsby - the hospital where Metwally also worked - in 2019.

Paramedics had arrived at Metwally's home to find her in a deep coma, on the brink of a cardiac arrest and with a fluid line
inserted in her chest. Mr Elvidge said: "She was critically ill. It was obviously an emergency situation.
"The medical team at the hospital feared she may suffer a total organ failure and the serious possibility that she might die."

The prosecutor said Metwally "chose not to reveal that he and Ms Wilson had been engaging in an exorcism ritual on the evening
of July 3 2019 during which he had administered anaesthetic sedative agents and then had to give her oxygen support".
The court heard Metwally qualified as a doctor in Egypt and worked in Saudi Arabia before coming to the UK in 1996 and Grimsby
in 1999. He worked in Goole, Scunthorpe and Grimsby and ran his own pain clinic in the port town.

Metwally met Ms Wilson, now 33, in about 2013 when she was a student nurse. The jury heard she had a history of depression and
her health deteriorated so she stopped working as a nurse.

TWISTED ORDEAL
Mr Elvidge said "Dr Metwally gave people the impression that he was supportive of Kelly Wilson and yet he was willing to fuel her
appetite for drugs which went well beyond what her general practitioner was prepared to supply.
"Put another way, he knowingly fed her addiction.

"More than that he habitually administered potentially lethal anaesthetic drugs to perform Muslim exorcism rituals known as Ruqya
on Ms Wilson. "That administration and the use of restraints were his own dangerous perversions of such rituals.

"The prosecution say Dr Metwally is a charlatan and he abused his position as a doctor to gain her confidence and encouraged her
to become intoxicated using dangerous substances that rendered her into such a state that she forfeited all control over her body to
him."

The jury heard how Metwally held a "vast stock of drugs" at his Laceby Road home, including ampoules of ketamine, propofol, fentanyl
and Diazemuls. An imam told the jury the Ruqya is a valid practice but would never involve drugs or sedation.
He said the case was "quite disturbing" and watching the video clips made him feel "really upset"...'

'A dad was given the fright of his life after his wife washed a t-shirt with his baby’s face on it – leading
him to think that his child was in the washing machine.



Taking to Imgur, user ARussianAndHisBike shared a snap of his machine with the baby’s face pressed
up against the door. He eventually realised that it was his t-shirt but not before he had a “heart attack”
and later sharing the snap online.

Captioning the photo he wrote: “Please, if you are ever washing your favourite shirt with a picture of your
child on it, just put a warning note on the washer or something…”

The post quickly went viral having received over 100,000 views, thousands of likes as well as hundreds
of comments from amused users.

One sympathetic user commented: “JESUS give a person a heart attack!!!”
A second wrote: “GOOD GRIEF! Put a note on the title that actually shows up on the thumbnail, too, please!”
Another joked: “What's the big deal? I put it on the delicates setting.”
“I don't see the problem, kid looks like they're having fun” teased another.

Meanwhile other users were quick to point out that the problem could be avoided simply by washing the shirt
inside out. “Turn the shirt inside out, it also preserves the picture” said one, another adding “turn it inside out.”..'

Here's another strange one. The report is that a woman 'falls' from the luxurious building knowm as 'the Manhattan
Lofts Gardens' in a the town of Stratford in the London Borough of Newham.

The Sun news outlet offers the reader images of an helicopter landing on some waste ground in front of -what the
same reader would assume, were the block of flats the woman fell from.
But the reader would be wrong.

Woman, 26, died falling from posh London flats after being ‘sexually assaulted’ as man, 26, arrested

"Detectives are investigating the death of a woman who plunged from a height after they were called to reports
of a serious sexual assault. A 26-year-old woman fell to her death after being “seriously sexually assaulted” at a
luxury block of flats in Stratford, East London.

Police were called to Manhattan Lofts Gardens on International Way at around 4.30pm after a third party reported
the incident. They arrested a 26-year-old man, who remains in custody, but were called back to the same address
an hour later to reports of a woman falling from a height.

One local told The Sun: “We just saw the police and emergency services, as well as the air ambulance. 
“Someone said that a woman had fallen from the flats, but we don’t know more than that. It’s just awful. You can’t bear
thinking about it.”

'CAN'T BEAR THINKING ABOUT'
A Metropolitan Police spokeswoman said: “Police attended a residential address at International Way, Stratford, shortly
after 16.30hrs on Tuesday, 17 August following receipt of a third party report of a serious sexual assault.

“Officers attended and a 26-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault. He was taken to an east London
police station where he remains in custody at this time. “At around 17.40hrs, police received a report of a 26-year-old
woman having fallen from height at the same location. Officers at the scene helped provide first aid and called London
Ambulance Service.

“Despite the efforts of emergency services, the woman died a short time later.
“Her next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers...'

Here's the actual Manhattan Lofts Gardens and it's directly behind the person who took the footage of the landing
helicopter image. 



In fact, the unknown photographer would be closer to the deceased's body than the actual air ambulance helicopter
and yet, no indication of a dead person is offered.

There was a time when Boris Johnson -the UK's Prime Minister, asked the subjects of her Majesty to stand
on their respective doorsteps on a Thursday evening and applaud the workers of the National Health Service.

The plague was upon us and only by putting our trust in the medical professionals on TikTok, could we hope to
get through this troubling time. Two years on and three injections later, those brave souls who are now fighting
against the backlog of delayed illnesses, must be appreciated as the virus-fighting humans they are.

South Central Ambulance Service worker Emma Croydon sacked for 'having sex' in ambulance
in Portsmouth FC's Fratton Park car park

'An emergency worker was sacked after she was caught ‘having sex’ with a colleague in the back of an
ambulance in the Fratton Park car park, an employment tribunal heard. Emma Croydon was spotted
driving into Portsmouth Football Club’s car park behind the ambulance and then got into the back of it
with the male driver.

When two security guards approached the emergency vehicle, they found the couple in a ‘state of undress’
with the man's trousers undone and shoes off, the tribunal was told.
CCTV footage was then obtained which showed the ambulance ‘swaying from side to side’, the panel heard.

The incident was investigated and the pair were both sacked for gross misconduct.
Miss Croydon, who said the guards had lied about what they had seen and argued that the ambulance
service’s procedure was ‘flawed’ and ‘dishonest’, later brought a claim of unfair dismissal before an
employment tribunal. But it dismissed this, finding her conduct a fair reason for being fired.

Miss Croydon had begun working for South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation trust, which covers
Hampshire, in December 2015 as a healthcare professional technician. The following year she started working
as an ambulance care assistant but went off sick in September 2018 due to ill health.

Three months later, during her sick leave, a security guard and a colleague saw the ambulance and an unmarked
car drive into the Portsmouth FC car park, where a blood donation unit was operating. The vehicles parked next
to each other and a man in uniform and Miss Croydon went into the ambulance together, the tribunal heard.

When the security confronted the couple, they found the man with his shirt 'untucked' with his 'belt undone' after
which the ambulance was seen 'rocking from side-to-side quite significantly', the tribunal heard.

The guard then shone the headlights of their car onto the ambulance and saw the man doing up his belt, the panel
was told. CCTV showed Miss Croydon coming out of the vehicle and driving out of the car park.

Bosses were able to identify the male driver who was on duty using the ambulance’s registration plate and Miss
Croydon was confirmed as driving the unmarked car, the panel heard. The male driver was suspended but Miss
Croydon was not as she was absent from work but her conduct was investigated.

Miss Croydon told bosses she had been depressed and upset that evening and had seen her colleague by chance
while waiting at traffic lights on a crossroads. He had realised she was upset, asked if she was ok and then said
she should follow him, after which they drove to the car park but she denied being undressed and engaging in an
act of sexual nature, the panel heard.

During the disciplinary hearing, she said she was not friends with the man but could not explain why she would join
him in the back of the ambulance with the lights off. The hearing - held remotely from South London - was also told
she argued that the security guards had lied about what they had seen, but this was not accepted as she could not
explain why they would do this.

Miss Croydon was sacked for gross misconduct in April 2019 which she appealed, arguing the trust's procedures
were ‘flawed’ and ‘dishonest’, but her dismissal was upheld. She then sued her former employer for unfair dismissal.

The panel, headed by employment judge Maxwell Charles Craft, dismissed her claim, concluding:
‘[The security guards] were trusted, longstanding employees of the football club and were not known to Miss Croydon.
‘She admitted she did not know of any reason why they would lie about what had happened.
Their account was supported by the CCTV evidence.

‘The vehicle was seen to be swaying from side-to-side and the male colleague was seen with his trousers undone
and shoes off and, subsequently, CCTV evidence indicates that Miss Croydon and her male colleague were either
engaging in, or about to engage, in sexual activity.

‘The tribunal has concluded that at the relevant time the trust had a genuine belief Miss Croydon had been guilty of
gross misconduct [for] inappropriate use of trust property; conduct likely to give an offence to patients, other
employees, visitors or the general public; and conduct that had potential to impact on the reputation of the trust.’...'

Anxiety, employment-stress and global concerns take many forms and many psychologists would tell you these
feelings need to be vented at the first opportune moment. Whether that involves being belt-fed a bit of dick in the
back of an ambulance or cavorting in front of a smartphone, the aftermath is basically the same.

It's progressive... it's a modern way of gaining fame, a commodity worth more than gold, these days.
BIAD has agreed to accept any monies for this 'forward-thinking' lady and if she's in the phone-book , he'll ring
her for her address.

Here's a story that like most articles in today's media, displays the accepted idea of choosing the level of one's own conduct.

But my interest lies in the manner that we're 'tricked' into accepting a certain reality when presented with visuals that have no
bearing to the story and have 'cutlines' or photo captions that allude to the story, but not the image.

Some may think I'm being a bit fussy here and I can appreciate that, but to understand supposedly-accurate information,
sometimes it can offer a different aspect of an article.

Newly qualified doctor, 33, is struck off for repeatedly bunking off work - including going MISSING from
busy A&E ward for two hours so she could have a nap while patients waited for care

'A young A&E doctor who repeatedly went missing from work including napping while patients waited for care
has been struck off today for misconduct and dishonesty.  

Dr Raisah Sawati was reported to the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in 2017 after being found asleep
on a bench after colleagues reported her missing from duty at Fairfield Hospital near Bury, Greater Manchester.

The alarm had been raised after staff failed to raise her when checks showed patients on her rounds were in need
of follow-up treatment. Two years earlier, Sawati had been found lying down in a darkened side room having earlier
requested permission to leave the main theatre block at another hospital to undertake 'audit work' for a consultant,
a misconduct hearing was told.



She had also failed a patient who died of respiratory failure at a nursing home, exaggerated her role in the treatment
of a 10-month-old baby suffering a cardiac arrest, lied to colleagues about getting time off for study leave and lied
about her qualifications in a job interview, the tribunal heard.

At the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service in Manchester, Sawati was found guilty of misconduct, dishonesty and
deficient professional performance...'

So the story is fairly self-explanatory, a recently-graduate medical person has been pulling a fast-one on her colleagues
and eventually got caught.

But it was the text that was stamped on the images that caught my attention, the female's name and 'Cavendish Press'.
Cavendish Press is a news agency that buys stories from the public and focuses on 'eye-catching' stories to assist in
promoting ratings.

But when it comes to this particular incident, one would assume images that reflect the female's situation would be rare
to come by. I mean, what sort of photograph would truly align with the circumstances displayed in the article?

The actual image of the female accepting an injection -an odd photo to take unless it's part of the current medical
procedure and so I took a look about on the internet. There on Twitter, was the same image. This time, no copyright
text attached to it.

However, the Tweet read:

Look at the date, 2018 and it was for a flu-jab. But instead of The Daily Mail explaining this 3 year-old photo, they instead
offered 'Staff had tannoyed Sawati, pictured left, four times without successfully raising her after checks showed
patients on her rounds were in need of follow-up treatment' beneath the photograph.

Why...? because it would dilute the Covid narrative. This woman -a woman supposedly classed in the category of those
susceptible of acquiring dangerous symptoms of the virus, was having a flu jab back in 2018. But by not recognising this
fact to their readership, it implies a medical person appreciating the concerns of the Coof today through the use of the
visual.

And another thing, if Cavendish Press pays for stories that are sent to them, who sent this particularly condemning story?
Was it the woman who was struck-off...? Someone who was on the Medical Practitioners Tribunal?!

The 'Raisah Sawati/Cavendish Press' copyright text on the image implies the actual images are owned -but not
exclusive, to the female and the news agency. Yet no such copyright text exists on the Tweeted image.
We have a saying in my area, there's a rabbit-off here.

'Law enforcement officers encountered a bizarre incident Wednesday morning as a Cookeville man led them
on a two county pursuit from Dowelltown to Lebanon on Highway 70.

window somewhere along the route either before or during the chase. Gilbert said he heard voices on his car radio
telling him to commit the act in order to save the world.

Trooper Bobby Johnson of the Tennessee Highway Patrol was the first to come across Gilbert after spotting his Honda
Accord parked partially in the roadway on Highway 70 at Dowelltown.

“When I pulled up behind him and turned my lights on he took off and refused to stop. He was all over the road the
whole time. He turned off on Old Liberty Road and came to a stop. He opened his door. He was naked and covered
in blood. He then shut his door and kept driving,” said Trooper Johnson...'

“The Alexandria Police Department spiked him (put down spike strips) on Highway 70 as he was going through Alexandria.
He kept traveling westbound into Wilson County. The THP spiked him in Watertown but he continued westbound. We finally
were able to box him in and got him stopped on Highway 70 right before the Interstate at I-40 and took him in custody.
He was then transported to Vanderbilt Hospital, “said Trooper Johnson.

While the spike strips didn’t stop Gilbert immediately, Johnson said they did slow him down.
“The first spike strips got one of his front tires and the second got the other tire. The Wilson County Sheriff’s department tried
to spike him past Watertown but missed.
After that it became a slow speed pursuit with him running on his rims until we boxed him in,” added Trooper Johnson

Gilbert has active warrants against him for other offenses in Cookeville.

In addition to Trooper Johnson, other law enforcement agencies involved in the pursuit were Troopers of the Cookeville and
Nashville THP Districts, the DeKalb County and Wilson County Sheriff’s Departments, and the Alexandria and Watertown

I wonder what it was about that particular explosion that was so far out of their desired narrative that they couldn't spin it up into what they wanted folks to believe, then proceed to make political hay about it?

'...She immediately recognized Warner's RV when she turned on her TV that day.
"They showed that RV and I immediately went into panic mode," Perry said.

asking him about it.

And he was just like, 'I like the song.'"
She realized the man she had warned police about a year and half earlier had actually done the unthinkable...'

A recurring set of words I've noticed over the years when it comes to strange incidents that are against Government
conduct are 'Lights' and 'Bright'. I wonder if this is relevant? However, the words of loneliness could certainly ring true
for Anthony Warner.

Disregarding the tragedy of those in vehicle that crashed in the Paris Alma Tunnel back 1997, I just love the the
manner that the media treats these sort of stories. All gleaned from other newspapers and therefore exempt from
blowback or responsibility, the 'he-said-she-said' continues without any interest in what really happened.

There was no doubt that Princess Di used the media for her own ends and visa-versa, but what that little white
Fiat Uno went through and ended-up involved in, is left unspoken about.

There's never any mention of the Mercedes used on that fateful night that had been stolen several months before
the crash and then was returned a few days later in pristine condition save for one very important aspect.
The Electronic management system chip (EMS) or on-board computer chip was missing.

FAKING IT Diana and Dodi’s romance was ‘FAKED and couple slept in separate bedrooms’, insider claims

'Princess Diana's romance with Dodi Fayed was faked and the couple slept in separate bedrooms, an insider
has claimed. Diana, then 36, and Dodi, 42, shared holidays and evenings out together after she split from Prince
Charles.

However, a staff member who worked for them both claimed they weren't actually romantically involved, the Daily
Star reported. The yacht worker alleged that Diana's shows of affection were all for the cameras - and that Dodi
even called her "ma'am" privately.

They said: "It’s all a big fake pretence."

The claims were made by the worker to journalist Paul McMullan in 1997, just weeks before both Diana and Dodi
died in a tragic car crash in Paris. It came as Diana and Dodi had been sailing the Mediterranean Sea on board
a 200ft yacht, owned by Dodi's dad Mohamed Al Fayed.



A memember of the yacht's crew reportedly told McMullan: "They don't share the same bedroom, he calls her ma'am,
is incredibly deferential and respectful. "But as soon as she goes outside to wave to the paps, she's bending over
and kissing him and hugging him."

Despite appearing to be in a relationship, McMullan claimed the couple were not.
Speaking during the documentary Sex & Power, he said: "The truth was the opposite."

In 2017, Diana's private secretary Michael Gibbins claimed she was not in love with Dodi — but just wanted a fun
summer on his yacht. Gibbins said Diana’s relationship with Dodi would only have lasted a few more weeks had
both not died in a Paris car crash in 1997.

He added: “I think frankly she was just having a lovely summer at somebody else’s expense to be perfectly honest.

The holidays sparked unfounded rumours that Diana was pregnant and about to announce plans to marry Dodi.
It was claimed they picked an engagement ring together in Monte Carlo in early August 1997 -a claim rubbished
by Gibbins. Asked if Diana had ever mentioned a wedding, he said: “Absolutely not. Nor do I believe that for a second.

“Superficially she was happy. Deep down, more ­difficult to say.

“She was a pretty complex person. Superficially yes, she enjoyed bobbing around on boats with Dodi Fayed. Who
wouldn’t?” Gibbins said Diana never fully recovered from the end of her marriage. He added: “Obviously it was pretty
upsetting for her.

“My feeling was that she was determined to build a new her in whatever way. She was probably pretty bitter and angry
at the way things had turned out.”

It has also been claimed that Diana wanted to move to California with sons Harry and William before her death.
Diana's voice coach Stewart Pearce said the princess wanted to take her family to Malibu as her relationship with film
producer Dodi continued, according to The Daily Mail. 

But he also claimed that Princess Di didn’t want to be an actress but rather wanted to do work behind the cameras. 
“'There were a number of major projects brewing in her consciousness through offers that had been offered to her,”
Pearce said. 

“But one of the major opportunities that she wanted to create, was to start developing documentaries about three
charitable interests that would then be assimilated into major movie pictures.”
“She was planning on spending a lot of time in Hollywood,” he claimed.

But Pearce said even if the move happened, Diana would have stayed behind the cameras when pursuing her new passion.
“She would have stayed behind the lens,” he told The Daily Mail. “She knew she was much better as a person behind the
camera rather than in front of the camera.”

Diana’s butler Paul Burrell also claimed in a 2007 interview that she wanted to move to Fayed's house in Malibu.
“She said, ‘This is our new life, just won't it be great, think of the lifestyle the boys — nobody's judgmental here in America,
you don't have the class system, you don't have the establishment,’” he said...'

Well lookie-here! I recall being in Durango on one of our many jaunts to the USA. But I never saw a smiling
horse in the little town nestled amongst the San Juan Mountains nor a weird f*cker like this guy!

'A man who was accused of having sex with a horse managed to escape prison - for a mere 26 minutes.
Jonah Barrett-Lesko, 25, was able to flee La Plata County Jail, Colorado by climbing up a wall, only to be
caught a mile away.

Sheriff’s Lt. Pat Downs Downs told local media: "There’s a video of him going up the wall."
The man was eventually found after concerned locals reported to the police they had spotted someone in a
prison jumpsuit running near an Office Depot store.

The 25-year-old was caught about a mile away from the prison, by Durango Police Chief Bob Brammer, who
happened to be driving in the area. He was able to spot the prisoner as he had removed his uniform and was
running towards woodland.

Brammer told the Durango Herald: "That’s what really attracted my attention to him because you don’t see
half-naked people running through the woods in their boxer shorts."
He added that alongside another officer he pursued Barrett-Lesko back and forth across the river.
The man was finally arrested without a struggle.

Barrett-Lesko was initially arrested back in June after he was allegedly caught having sex with a horse at the
La Plata County fairgrounds. He was released on bail but was later arrested again on suspicion of several
burglaries, including stealing six bicycles with a total value of $13,000,(£9,500), breaking into a parked car,
and shoplifting.

On August 13, he pleaded guilty to felony burglary and possession of burglary tools.
While awaiting sentencing he was arrested again on suspicion of attempted motor vehicle theft.
He is now expected to be charged with felony escape...'
