Awesome! I spent almost 8 years building a formidable collection of alchemy books and lab equipment. All in boxes just waiting for me to have a house, I never wanted to set a lab up in a rental property (I also didn't have the yard space to build a garden where rare / odd plants can be grown for the process).

And Now you have A House,,,,,, and a Wife and Yard Work and painting and fence repairs and her garden to put in and the dishes to do, OH and don't forget the laundry!
