Yes, I agree, that probably had a big impact on the turnout. I'm disabled too, but even if I wasn't, the threats that Trump received about things that would happen there was good enough for me to stay away.
I was holding my breath right up to when he finished his swearing in, expecting some bullet to split his head open right on camera. That, or a missile hitting D.C.
I really am at a loss for words at the behavior of THIS younger generation. But, I also saw some older people in the crowd. One man was there with his son who looked to be about 10 years old. Way to go Dad! Teach your son that when you don't get your way, you break other people's property, and burn the the city benches and garbage cans in the streets... and don't forget to smash some store windows along the way!
