A big thanks to all of you for the birthday wishes. All of you in the path of this storm stay safe. The wind is fierce here, but no rain yet. We always get the worst of it in the wee hours of the morning when you can't see what is going on.

I left work a little early yesterday so I could walk my dogs before the rain hit.
Made it just in time too.
The clouds opened up and it poured down rain!
(I'm in Louisiana, just north of New Orleans)
I too, hate night storms. They are the worst due to the fact that you cannot see anything.
You can hear the wind and you pray that it's just that, the wind. Not a twirly.
I have a feeling we are all in for a bumpy ride this April with the spring storms
