There were or still are 5 ELINT Electronic Intelligence Surveillance compounds my husband needed an Ultra High Security Clearance for. 
One was in Pine Gap and one is kept aboard an SSBN Submarine One in Germany and the other in America, the fifth in Korea. 
These sites gathered intelligence.

I'm sure they have moved them, they were all transportable.
