No one cared to notice, because they have got everyone's attention elsewhere .....namely covid
The fear mongering and isolation has kept everyone on edge of late.
Just a little bit of normalcy has many oblivious to what is going on around them, so happy to be "free"
The message of millions getting sick and possibly dying, is still first and foremost.
Along with the much anticipation of the newly [unapproved] vaccine that will cure all .... /sarcasm
So yeah, with the lifting of the mask mandates, opening of stores/restaurants, easing up on the social distancing and allowing families to be "reunited" -- this is actually the perfect time to release such UFO disclosure IMO

People are allowed to attend festivals, sports games, family reunions/weddings, etc etc
