The thing about the report that amazed me the most was their contention that some of the UAP's might fit into a category of "foreign technology" that far surpasses US technology. Personally, I don't believe there is any nation within this dimension that is that far ahead technology-wise, but what amazed me was their open suggestion that the US might be taking a technological back seat that they can't hope to gain parity in. For them to publicly admit that speaks volumes.
Is it just their way of making excuses by blaming tech on other Earth nations instead of truly foreign extradimensional technologies? Is that the way the plan to avoid mass suicides, or whatever the hell it is they are scared of of they just cut everything they know loose?
