This guy is Completely Ignorant, he is just to Stupid to be  Breathing or Reproducing!   Really take him out and but a Bullet in his Head and Do the World a favor! God What an Absolute Idiot!

Wow, I took it completely the other way...

He was asking them to clarify if their data reflected an actual hourly pay rate difference between men and women, and despite all of their census data, studies, reports and stats... they couldn't give him a definitive answer on whether their own data showed that or not.
His point was that although, on the surface of the reported figures, men earned 15.8% more than women... it didn't seem to take into account the fact that men were proven to work longer hours (on average) than women.
(i.e. IF men worked 15% more hours, then it would stand to reason that they might expect to earn around 15% more money....)
The committee members seemed surprised that this was brought up, and couldn't give an accurate response to a potentially very valid point.

Can you explain why you think he was ignorant/stupid etc? I think I must have missed something!!
