COVID-19 in Japan

Masks are a placebo.  Something to divert and calm the masses while the virus spreads and attenuates.

Just my humble opinion.

True, The Mask Does Nothing.
This Virus acts like a Bioengineered Virus that can enter your system from your eyes or an open wound.
Anyplace where there is the slightest bit of Moisture.
Not to Gross anyone out (if you are easily, grossed out by images in your mind of nudity STOP HERE).   In public bathrooms and showers  when your Private areas are exposed to the surrounding air or breeze you have a very good chance of being infected.
Why, because of the moist areas exposed.
Look at the their world countries report with higher cases, Brazil for one, people at beaches use outdoor changing rooms and toilets.

I have three patients with the COVID 19, they swear to me they wear their mask in their own backyard Pools with their friends and families but use their outside showers or hose to wash off the Pool Chlorine and sweat and yes they are often naked, mostly the young ones.
So, I have 1, 4 year old Male, 1, 8 year old Female and 1, 36 year old Female.

Ok, OK Just My Humble Opinion, so let the Bashing Begin!
