My husband head from a friend still in the Spook Business that the 5G tower system will help the Elites communicate with each other and the Military when Planet "X" passed by in December of this year or next and for about 155 days to 200 days there is Total Chaos above ground.
The extra Radiation from the 5G towers will also help weaken the immune system of healthier above ground survivors. So the Elites have just a few manageable Slave left to deal with.
