The Mass Shooter @ the Borderline Bar & Grill in Thousands Oaks California has been identified as 28 year-old Abu Al-Hom Kreuzi of Los Angeles California. 13 people dead including shooter & Ventura County Sherrif’s Sgt. Ron Helus.
