Strange one.
I get the impression that it wasn't a terror attack on the crowd though. More like a hit or gun-fight??
There wasn't sustained shooting into the crowd, just a few short bursts.

Weird that it's not on any of the big networks, although I see that it's in lots of newspaper websites now.
(Mostly with the same story/editorial)
