I just saw an update to this. They said the girl was 18 that died. 
They also said the man was intoxicated, and had prior arrests for driving under the influence.

I hope he's happy now. A young life has been lost because of this piece of shit getting behind the wheel after drinking!
At first, I thought the terrorist attacks using cars was starting up here in the U.S., but at least that wasn't what it was.
