Bullet-proof barrier to encircle Eiffel Tower.

Some councillors have been critical of the plans, warning that a wall could transform the tower

into "a fortress" and might discourage tourists from visiting.


So, would they rather build a wall to save the tower, and possibly have a few less tourists, or see it totally destroyed by a terrorist attack? 

The answer is a no-brainer to me.
