Even though the article is about average human penis sizes based on country, it was used in reference to world politics, as if a prominent penis had anything to do with political prominence. This deep seeded size issue, is it only a quirk of humans or is this naturally related to some evolutionary advantage when mating? Based on the links below and others like it, humans at the very least project their penis size obsession onto the animal kingdom.
7 Animals with the largest penis
Here is one of an amusing chart on animal sizes.

Our culture is saturated with this penis obsession as is further illustrated below by my personal experiences.
I was watching a nature program on cable TV when I lived with my parents and they showed a wild male horse mounting a female. I was pretty shocked and amazed and so asked my father, who happened to be in the room during that part, "Why does it need to be so long?" He said, "Because it has a long way to go."
In another nature program they showed a wild boar in action. They slowed it down and had a close-up to clearly show the corkscrew shaped pig penis turning with each thrust.
And just to "keep it up" . . .
Dolphins have a long prehensile penis that they can grasp things with and whales have a penis bone to support their massive member. Snakes, often used as a phallic symbol, also have penises for those who didn't know.
Long ago a good friend of mine, out of the blue one day, started to complain that everything was penises. He went on to explain what he meant and made a good argument. I'd say, "What about this or what about that?" and he could explain how it was related to a penis. The guy was kind of a dick come to think of it.
