Here's some I've thrown together, hope you like one of 'em!
Avatar Link-Page:
If you need assistance in loading the avatar, click 'USER CP' at the top-left of any page -just below the banner.
When it opens on your settings, scroll down until you reach 'Your Profile' and click on 'Change Avatar'
By pasting in the URL of your chosen avatar into the appropriate place... then 'Bob's Yer' Uncle'!!
