I know WHO they are, but not WHEN or WHERE they are, background to that photo could be all important...
I also think there may be some photo magic in it, unless McCain and Graham are a lot taller than I think they are. OBL was a very, VERY tall guy, nearly 7 foot, and I never, ever saw him in a suit jacket - only fatigues and traditional robes.
