In my personal opinion, I think someone wanted the data in the AT&T building destroyed. It showed links to the software program and Dominion voting machines. (Scott covers this in his video.)
These people weren't out to destroy lives, they just wanted to destroy evidence. That's why they gave enough warning to get people out of the way.
As I said, this is just my opinion, so don't go spreading it as a fact.
