Tore hints to us that she has "special" abilities to see into the future. I don't know if this is done with the looking glass technology, or if it's something more along the lines of remote viewing. Anyway, she says she knows what is coming.
She says the dates of October 15 - 17 something very bad will "appear" to be happening that makes us feel like there is no hope, but it's a false narrative the Deep State has put out to bring our frequencies down.
