Well, I did and if I was wrong then I apologize but I really don't think I am. Maybe I just woke up grouchy? I was also just looking for further explanation of why someone that really doesn't know much of anything about me thinks I would be a good fit in this group? What have I said or done that would give someone that impression?

As far as the abortion part, "buy a 200 dollar ticked and if you win you get a free abortion", says it all.

I think their intention is more to make people think and examine their anger and fear and it seems if nothing else, their performance art and iconography is pretty good at pushing buttons and pissing people off. It's kind of genius, actually.
As far as the abortion thing, that falls in line with their 3rd tenet, that “one’s body is inviolable, subject to one’s own will alone” and they aren’t so much promoting abortion as they are protesting the government’s control over people’s lives.
There is a documentary about them called Hail Satan available to rent/buy on YouTube that premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Below is a Good Morning Britain interview with the co-founder of the Satanic Temple. He seems like a pretty smart, well mannered and well spoken dude?
