Obama could claim No Knowledge because they are never in the room when operations are discussed. They receive a Very, Very, Very Private Briefing from their Politically Appointed Director and there is No Paper Trail.

So, I guess the public just has to read reports like the one above, and Obummer will never receive JUSTICE for this.
