That's the objective. It's a three-pronged strategy to get it done without a war. We will do everything in our power to resolve it without war, just as the original colonists did when the Crown sent men with guns to take THEIR means of defense.
It's only when that process breaks down and fails to redress our grievances, when our protestations fall on deaf ears, that the knives come out. We will be as reasonable as they allow in preserving our rights and freedom. If the government will not allow it, and proceed with their plans to enslave Virginia...
... well, then they get what they get, and the responsibility for it is entirely on them. We will have tried everything else possible to prevent a war.
