I cannot say very much about that video. It is very close to some bone, but in common with all bone, there is a certain amount of dirt between it and the normal world of humans.
What I will say is that some of the rabbit holes it explores are dead ends. Some are not. I will also say that Tesla was at least partially correct when he said his "brain was a receiver" regarding time, and that he got to a place where he could see past, present, and future, and could not tell which was which. Time as we understand it is an artificial construct. Past, present, and future all exist, at the same "time", and in the same place. I have said this before, numerous times. Time is not linear as presented, it ALL exists, all of the "time", in every place, all together.
Certain people have "brains" that act as "receivers" under some conditions, and they can see the past, present, and future, simultaneously and often confused. No one, to my knowledge, has gotten beyond "seeing", and as far as I know, no one has been able to actually interact with what they have seen, on any sort of large physical scale.
I am not at all referring to "remote viewing", which is another rabbit hole.
Some of the other stuff mentioned in the video is dangerous indeed, and to compound that it isn't even true - it goes down dead end rabbit holes, and dead end holes can collapse on the excavator. Some of it is utter bullshit, meant to confuse and confound, and send some folks on wild goose chases.
That's all I'll say. Read it as you like.

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.
Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
