Let's Go Down The Rabbit Hole, Pt. 2

This thread is titled "Let's Go Down the Rabbit Hole" for a reason. This is where we discuss "conspiracy theories" and topics that require some "digging" to find truth.  So, with that in mind, I wanted to point out a couple of things I noticed about Hurricane Dorian.

First, I'd like to point out this article (for those lurking who don't know) that weather can be artificially manufactured, as stated below.

The weather has been weaponized as well has every other aspect of American life, by the Military Industrial Complex, an advanced form of Artificial Intelligence (that works and thinks beyond the petty political disputes humans can imagine.)  This has been well documented right here on Zero Hedge here, here, and here.  As explained in Splitting Pennies, the world is not as it seems.  In addition, the powers to be have created technology so vast, it would not be believed were it to be revealed to the public all at once.


Hurricane Dorian was headed straight for Trump’s Mar-a-Lago and made a mysterious turn away at the last moment, headed straight for no where land South Carolina.  Hmm.. Those of you who have been following us for years know we believe in a phrase actually coined by psychologist Carl Jung “There are no accidents.”

Let’s take a step back and look at the reality of weather control, the military’s use of weather as a weapon, and the correlation to weather and commodity markets.

In 2012 publicly at least we saw Bill Gates as one of the funders of geoengineering research, as reported by the Guardian:

A small group of leading climate scientists, financially supported by billionaires including Bill Gates, are lobbying governments and international bodies to back experiments into manipulating the climate on a global scale to avoid catastrophic climate change.  The scientists, who advocate geoengineering methods such as spraying millions of tonnes of reflective particles of sulphur dioxide 30 miles above earth, argue that a “plan B” for climate change will be needed if the UN and politicians cannot agree to making the necessary cuts in greenhouse gases, and say the US government and others should pay for a major programme of international research.  Solar geoengineering techniques are highly controversial: while some climate scientists believe they may prove a quick and relatively cheap way to slow global warming, others fear that when conducted in the upper atmosphere, they could irrevocably alter rainfall patterns and interfere with the earth’s climate.

So Billionaires led by Bill Gates are lobbying the US Government to spray aerosols in the air to reverse the effect of global warming – but Chemtrails don’t exist and if you talk about them or point to them in the sky people will say you are a tin foil hat wearing lunatic.  Right?  Right.

But what are the applications of this, where and when has this technology been used?

So, now that we know weather can be manufactured and controlled by man, the article below aroused my curiosity.

China Builds Port in Bahamas, Provides ‘Military Assistance’ And Equipment 180 Miles Off U.S. Coast

China built a port on a remote island of The Bahamas 180 miles off the U.S. coast, prompting suspicion from locals who are concerned about China’s potential military ambitions in the area. The port is currently empty, unused, and surrounded by barbed wire.
During the construction of the port, a top official with The Bahamas’ then-ruling progressive party vowed that “China will actively provide military assistance to the Bahamas and defense dialogue.”

Big League Politics has learned from Bahamian sources that residents are afraid to talk about the new Chinese installation in Coopers Town, which has a population of 676 on the island of Abaco. The 45-acre port was built by the China Harbour Engineering Company (CHEC) and is financed by the EXIM Bank of China and the Bahamian government. The port is closed and the road around it is too small for even construction trucks to drive on. Locals speculate that the port will be used for submarines.

“There is no reason at all for the port,” one local resident told Big League Politics. “The Chinese have been investing heavily, and nobody seems to know why.”

“I think so, in the future it looks like it’s going to end up being for military supplies,” the resident said. “Not many people are aware of it.”
“Some of the locals work there, but the port is closed so they laid them all off.”
“[The Chinese] just stay in the ports, they don’t walk around. They go exercising early in the morning on the road or late in the evening. They don’t socialize with anybody. Many of them don’t even speak English,” the resident said.

“People haven’t been asking about it because they know what happens,” the resident said. “Our government is filled with corruption…they come looking for you, they beat your ass, they torch you until they get what they want out of you. They have no proper interrogation methods.”

The article goes on to state that the Chinese have been investing much money into the island.
Moving along...

“There is zero need for a shipping port in Cooperstown. Anything that actually lands there will have to be trucked to MHH over an already deteriorating road. Few jobs were left for Bahamians. Just another example of the big guys lining their pockets at the expense of the folks,” said one commenter on an Abaco Forum.

And, another commenter added...

“I just can’t wait until the U.S. media and U.S. public wake up to the fact that their government (the Obama/Hillary/Kerry government) has permitted Red China to set up shop (including deep water stealth submarine operations) in the Bahamas only a few short miles away from Florida and the entire Eastern Seaboard. I imagine most Americans will want all senior officials of the U.S. embassy in the Bahamas, the Dept of State in the U.S. and the NSA over the past decade or so to be drawn and quartered for high treason because of their serious failure to gather and act on intelligence information in order to protect the national security interests of the U.S.”

“Our leaders have once again sold us and our futures down the drain in favour of “their new bestest friends” the Chinese. What a bunch of inept ninnies. At least some Europeans, some Canadians and some Americans have or had blood ties and family in the Bahamas, but the Chinese,” said another commenter.

Now, on to my questions...

This Cat 5 hurricane does seem to be manufactured with the purpose of devastating the Bahamas. It was a very slow mover; 3 miles per hour moving over the island, with destruction left in it's path and beyond. And isn't it interesting that the hurricane hit dead on Abaco where the Chinese have their port?
It was reported to be one of the worst to hit the Bahamas EVER, and the radar map showed it covered the entire island.

The question is, who manufactured it? 

Was it the white hats so they could destroy the Chinese operation?
Were the reports that it was going to hit Trump's resort head on a cover story for the white hats so the public wouldn't think the white hats were behind it?

Or

Was it the black hats trying to run the population off the island so they could take over more land, but the white hats gained control and steered it away from FL?
