Ahh... here we go.  The Left Media are weighing in with their negative opinions of the SOTU.

The entire crew of CBS This Morning appeared on a special live edition of the Late Show With Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night. Unsurprisingly, they were “disturbed” by the President’s State of the Union talk of a wall on the southern border and of his touting of the U.S. economy. 

Gayle King, Democratic donor and friend of liberal candidates complained, “I always find it disturbing, though, Stephen, when he talks about the wall. And you would think there are marauding immigrants and migrant workers who are coming into this country who are going to murder us while we're sleeping in our beds.” 
 
Of course, one State of the Union guest actually had her parents murdered in their house. Trump spoke of Debra Bissell. He explained: 

Just three weeks ago, Debra’s parents, Gerald and Sharon, were burglarized and shot to death in their Reno, Nevada, home by an illegal alien. They were in their eighties and are survived by four children. 

King added, “These people are coming because they want a better life. They are trying to live. Sure, there are some outliers but that is not the majority of the people and that bothers me.” 

Earlier in the show, CBS This Morning co-host Bianna Golodryga threw cold water on the economy: 

BIANNA GOLODRYGA: There's also a difference talking about a healthy economy and the hottest economy ever in history. It is just not the case. Ghana's economy is growing faster than the United States. 
STEPHEN COLBERT: Ghana? Make America Ghana again. 
GOLODRYGA: Nigeria. Even China. It's slowing but growing at a faster rate than the U.S. A lot to be excited about. 100 straight months of job growth. The economy, the unemployment rate is at four percent. But we have seen stronger economic growth in years past. 

Of course, her husband is  Peter Orszag, the former Director of the Office of Management and Budget for the Obama Administration. So she has an interest in spreading out the credit for the strong economy.

I was at Texas at the border, and when you see these people and you talk to these people, just think what it's like, you have to leave your own country to come to a country where you're not welcomed but you still think it's better to be here than there. 

They're fleeing for their lives. They're trying to support their families. They're trying to really save their lives. I met a woman whose daughter had been raped several times. And she said, "I've got to go.” Another guy who was a member of a gang he didn't want to be and his father brought him. You're separating these children from their parents. These people are coming because they want a better life. They are just trying to live. Sure, there are some outliers but that is not the majority of the people and that bothers me.

Sorry to tell you this, you clueless (censored), but there ARE people being killed by illegals, and it seems to be on a daily basis.
