I've watched several different videos about the Skinwalker Ranch, and there was a long thread on TOS few years ago with people sharing information. One of the strangest places on Earth!
I think it sits on some strange ley lines that cause some very weird activity to occur, not to mention all the portals there where strange beings enter and depart.
Some people are drawn to go there to investigate, but I have no such desire. I know such things exist, so I want to stay as far away as possible.
