Is Apollo 20 Real?

I've always considered the Apollo 20 video to be a fake, the female alien looks like a wax figure.
But,,,, what if it's not?
 Could it have actually have happened,,,,, there is so much our government doesn't tell us.

One question I did have, maybe it wasn't a spaceship but a large tomb like the pyramids.
