What she said.
There are fundamental differences between Islam, Christianity, and Judaism that are irreconcilable. So much so that it can be shown that the god of the first is most definitely not the same god as the other two.
What people in non-islamic cultures fail to realize is the pervasive, all-controlling character of Islam. Islam is NOT a "religion", as it is so often pushed in our cultures, it is instead a total and complete relgio-socio-cultural-political construct. It is a culture so alien as to be unfathomable to non-muslims.
The God of Jews and Christians has "worshipers". The Allah of Islam has slaves in place of worshipers.
The Christians call their "Satan" by the epithet of "the god of this world"... the god of Islam wants, no NEEDS, to take over this world, and BE the "god of this world". What the Christians and Jews refer to as "Satan" is therefore the same thing that Muslims worship as their god, and call "Allah".
In contrast, the Jewish Jesus, who founded Christianity, said "God's kingdom is not of this world". I reckon that's why he felt no particular need to go around lopping heads off with swords when folks opposed him, or simply just didn't follow him.
With that firmly in mind, there can no longer be any doubt that Islam IS an "evil" religion - by Abrahamic standards.
"Satan" means, literally, "The Adversary". The name, by itself, does not denote value judgements of "good" or "evil", only opposition. By Abrahamic standards, however, "evil" is defined as that which is against or in opposition to their god, and there can be no doubt that Islam fills that bill, in all particulars. Contrasting Islam, their god demands that every person OBEY it - they don't have to oppose it, they only have to not adhere to it.
The Arabic word "Shaitan" was "borrowed" ( more like "stolen") from the Abrahamic religions to further confuse the issues. they can point and say "see? we hate Shaitan, too!", but when it is borne in mind that "Shaitan" = "Satan" = "Opponent", that is to be expected, confusing though it is. Their "Shatian" and the Christian "Satan" truly are in opposition to one another, because their god and the Christian god are in opposition to one another. The Muslim "devil" is the Christian "god", and vice versa.
The Arabic "Allah" is a contraction of sorts for "al Ilah", which simply means "The God". Note carefully that it makes no determination of WHICH god is being referred to, only "the god" - i.e. the spiritual being which is worshiped by Muslims. It gets whitewashed that the being referred to is in fact the "opposition" to the Abrahamic gods. Mohammed strove early on the conflate and confuse the two in order to try to spread his religion, make it palatable to actual Abrahamics. It's rarely mentioned that Allah was but one of 360 idols present in the Ka'aba when Mohammed was born and grew up. It's rarely mentioned (and punishable by death in Islam) to point out that this Allah character actually had 3 daughters (al Uzzah, al Lat, and I can't recall the name of the 3rd - maybe it was "Manat"). The root of "Ilah" is the Caananitic "El". Allah was a pagan god in opposition to the Jewish god from the very beginning.
Mohammed's Allah used him to attempt to usurp the "throne", the position of the Abrahamic god, which is exactly what one would expect of a god intent on taking over the Earth - a "god of this world".
Whereas the god of Moses appeared on mountain tops, the god of Mohammed spoke to him in a cave... a hole in the Earth, from whence Mohammed's god derives it's power.
Allah is "the god of this Earth".
The Abrahamic Satan.
You'll not be able to tell me or Grace any different, for we WERE Muslims, and we know better. Granted, she was a better Muslim than I, and I walked away from Islam in search of a real god long before she did (long before I ever even met her), but that doesn't mean I forgot everything I learned.
Therefore, I care nary a bit if the Muslims eradicate and eat each other in their lust for blood.
That just means there will be fewer that I have to kill, and fewer still that my children and grand children will have to kill.
That can't be a BAD thing - killing is such thirsty, exhausting work!

Diogenes was eating bread and lentils for supper. He was seen by the philosopher Aristippus, who lived comfortably by flattering the king.
Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’
