I think for some, the idea of losing oneself along the highways and byways of the internet
would be more appealing than the current life they lead. Even now, people marry by using
their avatars as their personality and engage in behaviour that really belongs in a bedroom
this side of the computer screen.
Personally, it's not for me. The only interaction with this false world is the Rogue Nation website,
news (are we still calling it that?!) and the odd game of solitaire.
Although, I do sometimes daringly click onto the live Loch Ness Monster web-cam.
It's just the party-animal in me, I suppose.
