Besides, I think the Brake Pedal Operation is still pretty much Straight Forward. The computer chip for the ABS is mostly to assure the Brakes Don't Lock Up but the brakes system itself works off of Hydraulics.
Now as far as the Accelerator Control being computer controlled or Modulated would depend on the make, model and year.

But nothing is really impossible anymore.
