Its not how mich, its how (and on what). China wouldnt have a leg to stand on if we matched technology. Their biggest advancements came from our corporations and the data they hacked and stole.
Besides, if you think our military is that bad off, thats your opinion. But I don't wanna see another thread about the secret space program.
