And, yes, it does appear to be moving rather slowly, Ms. G.   I believe they said they aren't going to arrest the higher-ups just yet because it would most likely cause a revolution when the people find out who all are involved.  They are starting at the bottom and moving up slowly to give some of the older pieces of shit time to die. Being as they steal young kids and take their organs, that time could be a long way off!
