George Floyd Riots - Staged Event?
#21
It's always the same, cheering from the peanut gallery is fun until the problem turns-up at your door.

Quote:Former ESPN NBA reporter criticized for hypocritical tweets about George Floyd protests.

'Veteran NBA reporter Chris Palmer was called out on Twitter for a pair of tweets he sent within the span of a few days.
Palmer was offering his thoughts on the protests across the United States in the wake of George Floyd's death.

On Thursday night, Palmer quote-tweeted a photo of a burning building with the caption, "Burn that s— down. Burn it all
down." But shortly after midnight on Sunday, Palmer had a change of tone once protesters showed up closer to where
he lived.

The photo of a burning building was, according to the Star Tribune, an affordable housing development under construction.
The complex had 189 units and was expected to open later this year.

Palmer did delete the first tweet where he said to "burn that s— down," but his tweets since have defended his stance
from the second tweet. When one Twitter user called him out the opposing language in his two tweets, he responded
in part, "don't talk to me about what you don't know."

Quote:Chris Martin Palmer

@ChrisPalmerNBA
I took rubber bullets and tear gas yesterday standing on the front lines.
I risked my life trying to get pictures and video.
Don't talk to me about what you don't know about little girl.

In another response, he willingly admitted that he's free to change his stance.

You can’t be with the chaos one minute then when it’s at your front door you switch up ??‍♂️

@ChrisPalmerNBA
You better damn well believe I can.

Palmer, who worked at ESPN for 14 years and Bleacher Report for two years, offered some additional thoughts
on the situation. He tweeted, "Tear up your own s—. Don't come to where we live at and tear our neighborhood up.
We care about our community. If you don't care about yours I don't give a s—."

They just attacked our sister community down the street.
It’s a gated community and they tried to climb the gates. They had to beat them back.
Then destroyed a Starbucks and are now in front of my building. Get these animals
TF out of my neighborhood. Go back to where you live.

Quote:Chris Martin Palmer

@ChrisPalmerNBA
Welp. They're gone. Security called the cops and they swarmed.
Some scattered, others were arrested. (You hate to see it.) Tense moments.
There's graffiti everywhere. We live in a beautiful, safe community and have pride.
These people had no pride and weren't protesters.

Quote:Then at the right time a few gun men shoot at the army, this will be enough stimulation for the army to respond as an army and you have blood and dead people filling the street, and its bye bye Trump.

I respectfully disagree @"Wallfire".  You don't know how the American people think. The majority of people here would sing Trump's praises if the military opened fire on Antifa terrorists trying to destroy our country and burn our cities.

I saw many people on Twitter last night saying they had been on the fence about Trump, but last night when he declared Antifa a terrorist organization, they said he had their vote in November.

Another thing, if the military doesn't open fire on these useless air breathers, just wait until they move into the residential areas. They will be met with a bullet to the brain. People here will defend their property if the military or police won't.  We have that right, and we will use it.   minusculeuzi

It's self-evident now that with the flu-plague subsiding in the public's and media's entertainment arena, the worry that
with Summer promising the northern hemisphere, the majority of folk will leave their TV screens and seek solace in
the virus-killing sun.
This means dwindling ratings and for the Gate-Keepers, it just cannot be.

So the fear rhetoric has to be ramped-up and news-pieces that we once believed were fair and neutral, will be burdened
with more opinionated hyperbole and emotion-driven distortion.
Welcome to the red-pilled world of today's professional Journalism.

"...But even the threat of heavy officer presence didn't deter protesters in Philadelphia from hurling rocks and Molotov cocktails
at police, crowds to raid stores including Coach and Chanel in New York and San Francisco, and fires being ignited mere feet

There's lots more, but you get the point. The flurry of articles about the serious incidents in the US are dripping with biased
innuendo and poor facts.

A 'Protester' mourning the death of Mr Floyd and another pretending he's back in the sixties... before he was born and emulating
what his College teacher told him it was like.

A rational person may attempt to align the logic that the media have displayed recently with their zealous urging that the public
should follow the guidelines issued by the establishment and Governments, yet this riot-narrative seems to go against the
lame-stream Press' affiliation with authoritative control.

Again, that's because the whole goal is for ratings and political donor-instructions in the US. The Fourth Wall as we know it is
dying and a guy who fire-bombs a car is called a protester and a law official is a gun-toting oppressor when the need is required.
But it's all they know and I -for one know that Reporters pay people to perform such acts of violence.

George Floyd he was felon! Read court records

Still didn't deserve what he got.

I watched video for hours the other night trying to piece together what happened minute by minute. Did not get that done as there is an indeterminable amount of "missing time" between the time they got him to their car and the time they had him on the ground. One thing that WAS glaringly obvious is that he was impaired at the time. I couldn't tell if it was alcohol, drugs, or possibly a medical condition like diabetes, but SOMETHING had him impaired. He had trouble walking and staying upright.

That would be more reason for the cops to not shut off blood flow to his brain, not less. What I saw in the video was straight up murder - I don't care who you are or what you've done in the past. He'd already done his time for that crime, and didn't receive a death sentence for it.

What I could piece together from the various videos was that he was arrested and marched to the transport car, sidewalk side of the car. He fell down at the car, and they got him back up, and he hopped a couple of times like his leg was hurt or something, then that video ends. When the next video begins, the first "bystander cell phone" video, he's already down on the other side of the car, the street side. What happened to get him over there? Inquiring minds want to know.

That video opens with the cop's knee on Floyd's neck, and Floyd begging for his life and just a little air. The cop's knee was not across his windpipe. What WAS happening instead was the cop was compressing Floyd's carotid artery with his shin, and that was cutting off the blood flow to Floyd's brain. His airway was clear, but that didn't matter to his brain because none of that oxygenated blood was getting to it. That was one of the reasons he "couldn't breathe". When oxygen is not getting to the tissues it needs to get to, your body interprets that as "you forgot to breathe, so breathe". It's why heart attack victims get short of breath - they may be able to breathe fine, but the heart is not pumping out that oxygenated blood to the body.

It's why "sleeper" choke holds have been banned in nearly every police department in America. In that hold, you get the victim around the neck, with his adam's apple in the crook of your elbow (so you don't damage the windpipe of the hyoid bone) and apply pressure to the carotid artery with your bicep on one side and your forearm on the other. This cuts off blood flow to the brain and brings unconsciousness. Death if held too long. This was just a sleeper hold with the shin to make it less obvious to the casual bystander.

The cop kept his knee there as Floyd got weaker and weaker, finally only able to raise his eyebrows.... and then that stopped. By 4:03 of that video, Floyd was unconscious and a goner - but the cop KEPT his knee there for another 3 1/2 minutes, to the 7:33 mark in the video when the paramedics arrived. Medical folks will tell you that it only takes 4 minutes of no oxygen to the brain to kill a man - Floyd endured at lest 7 and a half minutes of it, fo no reason. He was barely a threat upright his coordination was so bad. Down, he was no threat at all. Escalation of force rules dictate that you only use enough force to neutralize the threat. No threat, no force.

But there's more.

In the next video, the cell video from the off-duty paramedic lady from another town who is seen approaching in the previous video, we get a different angle on the situation. We can see, from that angle, that there are two MORE cops with their weight on their knees in Floyd's back. That's a bit like the way a boa constrictor kills - when you exhale, you can't inhale again because your lungs are being compressed. 3 cops, one unconscious non-threat - and they all kept it up.

When paramedics arrive, the cop with a knee to Floyd's neck adjusts his knee, removes it from the carotid so that the paramedics wouldn't see what he was doing and know what he'd done. That tells me he KNEW what he was doing - those men MEANT to kill Floyd, not simply apprehend him. You don't keep blood flow to the brain cut off on a man who is already unconscious, and you don't keep his lungs compressed to prevent breathing, unless you mean to kill him. You don't stop doing what you're doing when folks arrive who would recognize it unless you don't want to get caught.

The overall effect of the videos, beyond documenting a murder under color of law, was to make me ashamed that I had ever even attended the police academy. I don't want to be associated with low-lifes like that in any way.

I don't care what Floyd had done before in his life. I don't even care what he had done THAT DAY. Once a man is down and unconscious, you don't need to keep subduing him unless you flat out mean to kill him. This was not just a murder, it was a cold-blooded 1st degree premeditated murder.

You know that Hank Williams Jr. song "A Country Boy Can Survive"? It has a line in it that says "for 43 dollars my friend lost his life". George Floyd lost his for less than half of that. What is a life worth these days, anyhow?

What if a cop took a dislike to your son or daughter, your mom or dad, sister or brother, and was just allowed to kill them out of hand like that because they were wearing a badge? Those cops - all 4 of them, the 3 that were killing Floyd and the little oriental guy who was acting as lookout for them - need to do some prison time. Lots of it. I wouldn't be opposed to giving them a ride on the lightning.

But yeah, the toxicology report doesn't surprise me. You could see in the video that there was some sort of impairment going on. All the more reason for those cops to exercise caution... unless it was just their day to kill a man, and they hadn't met the quota yet.

I agree with your post above @"Ninurta".

Like I said, I think Floyd was a "sacrifice", used to start a racial war when "they" saw the Rona virus was failing their objective.  What were these cops offered to murder this man?
Antifa was bused in and in place three days before this happened, and the democrats refused to come back to D.C. because they knew what was about to go down.

When one looks at all the pieces, they fall right into place.

Also the missing time; there are still questions that need answers.

That missing time - it would be filled in nicely by the body cams of the involved officers. Who's taking bets that they were left in the car, turned off, out of battery power, or otherwise will never come to light?

Destroy the local area and community, divide the people, fight the police, push the police to the point they lose it and start shooting. In comes the army, army heroes for a very short wile, army pushed and reacts, shoots, bodys in the streets. The question is how far will they push the government and will the people support Trump or take anyone else they can find to replace him.
The point has been reached that people no longer believe the truth, the story has been set in the public's mind, black man kill by police,  we are one step from mob mentality.
Was this whole thing a set up ? well why did when a father and son shot an unarmed black man  nothing happen, no riots, but when police arrest and make a show of pushing on a drugged black mans neck till he is dead, Now think about this, the police man knew he was been filmed and still pushed on the black mans neck. Yes this was a murder but it was set up.
Its time to join the dots, and I dont think there are many people out there who even want to join the dots.
As I said before we are not dealing with the Left, this is now something much more powerful and evil, it also means that this could be becoming a fight to the death.
The evil is big and powerful but also frighten, that makes it dangerous to a level people cannot understand. If it wins in the USA it wins in Europe and that can cause war in both the USA and Europe.
This is not a fight between left and right, because both sides are been used by evil.

William Smith, the head of Richmond Police Department in Virginia, burst into tears in front of members of the press as he recounted the chaos that occurred during Saturday night’s riots.

Smith describes how “protesters” intentionally set fire to a residence with a child inside and then blocked firefighters and emergency services from reaching the fire. Luckily, officers were able to assist the firefighters to break through the line of Black Lives Matter and Antifa rioter to reach the home and save the child

Smith also notes that his police department has intelligence that many of the anarchists have traveled from across the country to take part in the unrest.

“We know this is an organized effort. We are committed to identifying those that are behind it. And we are doing are very best to arrest those that are perpetrator the violence on our community, on our city, and on our citizens,” Smith concludes

And the stinking media in the UK want the plebs to do this tonight (Wednesday)

Quote:Brits asked to kneel on doorsteps in protest against George Floyd's death.

'Black American George Floyd died after gasping for breath as he was knelt on by a white police officer in
Minneapolis, sparking widespread protests across the USA and the world.

'British people are being asked to 'take the knee' on their doorstep at home tonight, in a protest against racism
and police brutality in light of George Floyd's death.
Campaigners are asking everyone to join them by kneeling at 6pm to send a message of solidarity.

The young woman in the red square says it all for me.

The action, which has been seen in protests around the USA and the world, was inspired by American footballer
Colin Kaepernick, who knelt for the first time during the national anthem in August 2016. He wanted to stand up
for those who were oppressed, and after being joined by many other athletes, was called on to be fired by the
President Donald Trump.

The British campaign group Stand Up To Racism (SUTR) are calling on everyone to kneel as a sign of unity, but
also a socially distant one. They note that with so many Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people being killed by
coronavirus, they are keen for them not to gather in mass protests.

A SUTR spokeswoman said: "We are outraged that yet another black person has been killed at the hands of the
police in the USA. The events unfolding in the USA are a product of hundreds of years of racism and oppression
of black communities, which has led to countless lives lost.

"The events also take place in the context of black communities disproportionately dying as a result of and infected
by coronavirus, the highest levels of unemployment, which is rising fast due to the rapid economic contraction taking
place.

"So black people are disproportionately affected by police brutality, unemployment, economic hardship and the
coronavirus. "We understand the anger that has motivated people to come out and protest across the USA and
also here in Britain.
"We must remember that we are in the midst of the deadly coronavirus global pandemic. "The UK has one of the
worst death tolls in the world. Around 34 per cent of those that died were from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic
communities (BAME).

"According to the Financial Times cautious estimate, 64,000 people have died, much higher than the government’s
figure. That means around 21,000 people from BAME communities have died in the last 10 weeks."
"We agree with the scientists and others who say the government’s easing of the lockdown is too premature because
the number of daily new infections and deaths are currently too high.

"There is a risk that the measures to prematurely ease the lockdown will lead to a second wave of infections that will
disproportionately impact on BAME communities. "We urge all those protesting in solidarity with George Floyd to
ensure that they remain socially distanced to protect the people taking part.
"This is in the best interest of the health and safety of our communities."

The protest takes place at 6pm tonight (Wednesday, June 3)...'

The enemy of my enemy will at some point become my enemy. Something to remember

Quote:A plurality of Democrats would support calling in the U.S. military to aid police during protests, poll shows

June 2, 2020

President Trump on Monday threatened to call in the United States military in an effort to curtail protests across the United States, and it turns out most Americans — even some of those who think the president is doing a poor job of handling the demonstrations against police brutality — would support such an action, a new Morning Consult poll revealed Tuesday.
Among all registered voters surveyed, 58 percent said they would somewhat or strongly support having the military supplement city police forces compared to only 30 percent who said they somewhat or strongly oppose the measure.
There are some differences among demographics — younger people are a little more likely to oppose the move than older people, and Republicans were more far more likely to support it than Democrats. But there was still a plurality of 48 percent of Democrats who would back the decision, compared to 43 who wouldn't, though it's worth noting that when splitting the categories more specifically, "strongly opposed" became the most frequent response among Democratic voters.

There has been  a lot of that foolishness going on in the US as well. They're pushing this "kneeling" crap to extremes. I won't be "taking the knee" because I know exactly what it means, and has meant for centuries.

I kneel for no man. I will die on my feet before I'll live on my knees.

Furthermore, I will shoot any dumbass weak enough to kneel on my doorstep. I don't need anyone kneeling to me, and certainly not weak folks. Who wants weak minions, anyhow? I am not a king, nor do I demand their fealty.

They can all kiss my ass... but I'll have to be standing so they can get a good lip-plant on it.

Said Aristippus, ‘If you would learn to be subservient to the king you would not have to live on lentils.’ Said Diogenes, ‘Learn to live on lentils and you will not have to be subservient to the king.’

Quote:US: Far-left terrorists torched house with children inside then blocked fire department (VIDEO)

A police chief in the state of Virginia broke down into tears at a press conference on Sunday as he described how left-wing terrorists and Black Lives Matter rioters set fire to a multi-family home with children inside and then prevented firefighters from responding.

Yeah, that happened here in my state - BUT it was in Richmond, the capitol. Richmond is in the part of VA east of the Blue Ridge Mountains, out in the flatlands, and therefore the uncivilized part of the state. Behavior like that is expected out there where there be dragons.

We've had little trouble of that nature here. We'll shoot the bastards, not wait on police or military to do it for us.

There have been a couple of protests here that I am aware of. One in Russell County in the town of Lebanon, which was organized by the daughter of an old friend of mine from years ago. She had intention of going to the wars in Tennessee to protest, but he talked her out of it since part of his responsibility as a parent is to look out for his offspring, and not let them go into harm's way if there is anything he can do to stop it... so he said "well, how about getting something going here instead of traveling to the wars?" so she did. There were between 30 and 50 people, all white as far as I could see, holding signs beside the main street of the town, and no problems. Just a bunch of kids expressing their young and probably unformed opinions.

There was another in Wise VA, a college town, home of UVA-Wise, what was formerly Clinch Valley College. That's where I studied computer programming when I was in high school, back in the days of BASIC and punch-card IBM programming. There was not much trouble at that one, either, despite it being in a college town. I was mildly surprised, and thought it was a fair bet that Antifa or Black Block would make an appearance, since it IS a college town. They did not. Another friend of mine, a Left-winger that I used to work with, went to it and took both her daughters. No trouble much to speak of, although one car load of hooligans did threaten them and get a little too close to her kids. Police were in attendance and handled it, while insuring the protesters did not block the road as they have in so many other places.

There was a report (on the national news of all places) of 2 officers shot in Richlands, 30 miles east of here in Tazewell County, but I've found nothing at all about it locally - it's either  someone blowing smoke up the media's ass, or else the media trying to blow smoke up the world's ass. Maybe a little of both. Had two cops been shot in Richlands, it would be on the lips of everyone around here, and there would be armed citizen patrols looking for the shooters. We like our cops generally, and don't like outsiders screwing with them. They are OUR cops to screw with, not yours. A few years ago, 4 deputies got shot by a deranged individual here in my county and it was big news in 4 states around. That guy did not survive the ordeal.

There were reports of unrest in Johnson City, TN, but when I checked into it, it was not riots, looting or burning, it was just some dumbasses blocking roads, which got them arrested. I've never understood their proclivity for blocking traffic and free passage, and therefore assaulting the rights of others. Humans are small and squishy, vehicles are not - guess which wins in a collision? So it's a dumbassed move.

On the other side of the state line, in Pikeville and Paintsville, KY, there were demonstrations, all peaceful with no trouble.

Us mountain folks, despite our reputations, are in general (there are a few outliers) a peaceful sort unless someone wants to give us a war. We're always up for the occasion if they do, but if left alone we're disposed to live and let live.

American Flatlanders are not like that, as can be seen in the riots currently burning down the nation. They better keep that shit out there, though. They bring it here, they're gonna get lit up. The police and military will be the least of their worries - matter of fact, they'll be begging for the police and military to come save them, 'cause without that help, they won't make it out alive. They'll never be seen again - they'll just go to sleep and some hogs will eat them, and they will end their existence as piles of hog shit in the muck of a hog pen.

@"Ninurta", that sounds like the way it was where I was raised. We didn't like "ferners" coming in to our small community either. It didn't take people coming in to buy summer homes long to realize they weren't welcome. We had our own ways and we didn't want change. They would stay a year or so, and then sell out. Guess they got tired of the evil stares that got from their neighbors.

When I go back to visit these days, things are completely different. Most all the people I grew up with have moved out (like me), or they're dead. Vacation homes have been built on mountain tops to allow for the beautiful scenic views, and large lots of land have been cleared to sell to "ferners" to build houses where thick forests used be.

I don't recognize much of anything being as it once was. As people moved out and died off, those left became more tolerant of others moving in, but one thing remains... there are still children of true "mountain people" there and you best not mess with them.
