Yeah, something like that. At Concord, the colonials had relocated their arms a week prior to the confiscation assault because of intelligence they had received regarding a potential confiscatory raid. So, in that case, not only did the assault force have their asses handed to them by a bunch of unwashed rebels, they left without the stuff they came to get to begin with, adding insult to injury. The rebellious loutish colonials spanked the force all the way back to Boston, and then blockaded Boston for added insult.

In other areas, at other times, the brutish colonials just would not play by the established rules of warfare. The militia in particular, due to their years of Indian fighting, actually hid behind trees and rocks to engage His Majesty's Forces when the rules were that each side lined up in orderly rows in the open and traded lead with one another until one side got tired of the entertainment and went home, ceding the field. Instead of following the civilized rules, the uncivilized colonials fought in the way they had learned to fight from their (probably less savage) Indian foes.

Us backwoods hill folk - you just can't teach us nothin'!

The movement is in motion. Here is the current map of Second Amendment Sanctuary Counties across the United States:

In addition to large areas in the west, it is spreading down the spine of the Appalachian Mountains into east Tennessee, in Florida, and the infection has even spread to Yankee areas like Pennsylvania, New York, new jersey and Wisconsin. West Virginia seems an enigma in that there are none there, but West Virginia doesn't need any - the whole state is a Sanctuary for the Second Amendment.

We are now officially "Right Wing Extremist Militias" simply for the act of gathering to exercise out First Amendment right to demand that the Second Amendment not be infringed upon. Let that sink in - we have been labeled as such by the Left for the simple act of adhering to the law and demanding a redress of grievances. Sound familiar? It happened a couple hundred years ago on nearly the same patch of ground, and all hell broke loose.

Story

This self-styled "internet researcher" is so full of shit her eyes are probably brown. No one is calling for "civil war" - quite the contrary. We wouldn't be going to make our voices heard if we were calling for that. This effort is to AVOID civil war. No one is calling for armed protest, either. matter of fact we are calling specifically for UNARMED protest, so as not to give these loons any propaganda fodder. We want our rights protected and these violative laws to NOT be passed - we don't want to shoot anyone. We simply want the rule of law and justice. We want them to abide by the oaths of office they have taken.

The real reason for this political hit piece is to set the stage for an attempt by her Antifa allies to try provoking a violent response, which they can then use for propaganda purposes. This "story" is just another step in advancing the Socialist agenda against the American people. It's a planted attempt to steer the beliefs of the masses in the "correct", Socialist, direction when Antifa foments violence. The author wants to redirect responsibility for the violence from the perpetrators to the victims, a time-honored Socialist practice when waging a propaganda war.

For the record, I want to state here that if anything untoward DOES happen on 20 Jan 2020 in Richmond, Virginia, it it squarely the responsibility of the Virginia government, and specifically Governor Northam, AG Herring, Senator Saslaw, Jay Jones, Representative McEachin, and the author of this article, among others. THEY are the ones ramping up the rhetoric, and refusing to recognize the Constitutional rights of law abiding Virginians. THEY are the ones bringing in Antifa subversives to support their Socialist agenda. Any blood spilled, whether patriot or Socialist, is squarely on their hands for creating and fomenting this situation to begin with by attempting to violate citizen's guaranteed rights under color of law, and for escalating the rhetoric to whatever point it gets to.

Law Enforcement Today has been undergoing cyber attacks (DDoS attacks I presume) for reporting on the situation in Virginia, in particular steps taken to form militias, and the revolt of quite a number of law enforcement personnel against the State, and in favor of their people. About 10 or 12 hours ago they underwent a particularly crippling attack that knocked their servers entirely off of the internet, and they had to communicate the distress signal through Facebook instead, since their own servers were down.

They were also communicated the following on Wednesday before the servers started going down:

Quote:“Your reporting about the growing numbers in the militia create a clear and present threat to America.  As part of Congress, I’m giving you fair warning that this is the equivalent of shouting ‘fire’ in a movie theater.  If your reporting incites violence, or can even be tied to it, we will make sure to charge your editors with felonies."

The writer is apparently attempting to impersonate a congress critter, but the communication was sent anonymously, so their veracity is in doubt. What's not in doubt is that they've attracted some unwanted attention from at the very least some hackers, probably some folks with access to a LOIC Cannon.

After this anonymous threat, the cyber attacks began.

Law Enforcement Today page keeping folks abreast of developments:

https://www.lawenforcementtoday.com/va-p...n-numbers/

Just to be clear, no one's reporting is inciting any violence, nor will it. Government run amok and making threats, letting their mouths write checks their asses are not going to be able to cash, may very well incite violence. If it comes, the blood is on their hands.

THEY are the bastards that started this mess, not us, and THEY are the bastards who are fanning the flames, not us.

THEY are the bastards holding a lit match to a powder keg, and if THEY don't have the good sense to blow it out, they get what they get.

It seems that because of the "ordering" of a militia in my county and the next one over, we've made news outside the counties:

Link at BearingArms

Now "ordering" a militia is not the same as organizing one, or activating one. It just gives us authorization to do so. Exploratory measures have been taken, but as yet no real action.  Organizational meetings are scheduled for Tazewell County, and I've been advising Buchanan on steps they'll need to take and issues they'll have to consider.

If I'm to get involved in this thing, it's going to be a real, legal, actual militia, not a gang of beer-swilling Bubbas who play army in the woods on the occasional weekend in RealTree camo. It will be a legitimate County force, answerable to the people of the County, with at least some semblance of organization and hierarchy, and in compliance to the legal structure. It will be in compliance with the 4th Protocol of the Geneva Conventions, and all of the rest of them for that matter, as they may apply to it..

That DOESN'T mean that Gov. Northam gets to issue orders to it - it's not to be a State militia, or any subdivision of a State militia. It will be limited to the County, to keep it out of Northam's clutches. If Northam don't like that, he's welcome to come up here, sit on the porch, and debate me on the matter. He doesn't get to come inside the house or under my roof, however.

The article also delves somewhat into the legal justifications for bans that have worked in other states up through the 4th Circuit, but not through the SCOTUS. I have some ideas for a defense that may get any bans in Virginia struck down, and by extension bans in other states under the 4th Circuit ruling. This has the potential to not only free Virginia, but all of the other ban states as well, which is why I'm not going to line out the strategy here, in the open. If they want to find out if it works, they'll have to follow through on their assault on us. They need to understand, however, that if they choose to do so, they are not just risking the Virginia ban - they are risking ALL of them, in all of the ban states. Once I get on a roll, I don't like to stop until I'M happy, and I don't much give a damn if my opponents are or not. I prefer to spank 'em until they are thoroughly convinced they've been spanked, and don't have the urge to raise their heads again for a while.

Then we can run it through the courts, while the County militias keep home turf safe.

Their bullshit impeachment scam that Pelosi is even now trying to hide under the rug ought to clue them in that they are nowhere near as invincible as they think.

I have already had some push back on the militia matter, but some of you know me well enough to know that I don't back down very well. Come get some, y'all, and we'll see which one walks away all scratched up.

I looked through this thread to see if this guy has been posted in a video here, but he hasn't, so I'm posting it so y'all can go subscribe to his YT channel and know when he puts out more information.

This video is from December 17, so it's a little dated, but the main reason I'm sharing it is so you can subscribe. Hit the bell to get notifications when new videos come out.

Here's one a little more recent, from Dec. 23.

It appears they are trying to turn VA into a through and through Communist state.  You people better vote these Commies out of office, or get out before it's too late!

I'm not sure what that was, since the image didn't come through here, but yeah, we're discovering more and more Socialist power grabs. We have, so far, found:

A bill to outlaw/confiscate legally purchased and commonly owned firearms, and turn their owners into instant felons. There are so many of us that this would necessitate Concentration Camps - there isn't enough jail/prison space in the whole state to accommodate the volume of arrests.

A bill to outlaw not only militias, but even instruction in martial arts or any other hand to hand combat system, sans weaponry.

A bill to seize weapons from individuals with no due process or jury trial, simply on the say-so of a stranger.

A bill to eliminate the Electoral College in VA, and toss VA electoral votes to whomever the presidential frontrunner is in places like New York and California. This essentially invalidates every single Presidential vote in Virginia.

A bill to promote invasion of the suburbs, and even the countryside, by gang members like MS-13, in low income housing projects, whom I suspect will be the shock troops of the Socialists, since even ANTIFA have come out with a statement against the Socialist power grab going on in VA.

The search for Socialist power plays is still ongoing. We've got to ferret out all of their probes in order to eliminate them.

ETA: I, personally, have determined to stand and fight, but that choice may be taken out of my hands. Right after this started, when I was still in fight or flight mode, I flirted with the idea of starting a campaign to secede from Virginia and join several anti-communist counties to West Virginia, including this one. I decided against it because if push came to shove, I could be across the border in a matter of minutes anyhow. Now, apparently, someone else has floated the idea as well - we may not have to flee to WV, WV may engulf us for our own protection anyhow:

It's legal, according to The West Virginia Constitution. For the record, I'm good with it if they want to go that route, but it will likely just extend the forward lines of the battlefront outward, which would still be a good thing for the core of West Virginia from a home defense standpoint. It would also facilitate arms smuggling out of TN and NC into the battle zones of New West Virginia, but would only move the smuggler's border eastward for arms going into the battle areas of what is left of VA - unfortunately for "them", there are a number of us in this part of VA with experience smuggling arms into countries under far better control of Soviet Socialists who had many more years of experience at this totalitarianism thing... and we still got it done there. We can get it done here, too.

@"Ninurta", that sounds like a good plan. Better plan... get rid of that POS in government office there!

The post I put up was about Senator Favola having a bill, SB 104, that will take away a parent's right to oversee their child's medical care. Apparently, they think the government can do a better job than the parents.

There is a number to call her and let her know you are against this: 703-835-4845.

They're trying to take over everything!  Total Communism!

Militia formation appears to be ramping up, of two distinct and different varieties. There is a training camp being held in an out of the way location for training militiamen , which I believe is a "private militia" effort. They will just be training in military basics like weapons familiarization, battlefield first aid, etc. I don't know yet if any tactics beyond basic formation will be getting disseminated there.

For the other type, Oath Keepers is sending in training teams for "government militia" being formed under the authority of county governments, which is the sort I argued for the formation of here. They will also be working some with the "private militias", but their focus will be on the official militias.

Personally, I view the private militias as dangerous - that's how Warlords get started, when they have private armies of men under arms who do not answer to the people they are supposed to be protecting, and only answer to the would-be warlord. I believe the only answer is public militias, under authority of the local county governments, and coordinated with local sheriff's departments. After all, local sheriffs will be the first under the gun when Richmond starts trying to "fire" elected local officials whom they never hired to begin with. WE hired them, not Richmond, so Richmond does not have the authority to fire them as far as I'm concerned.

My strong points are organization, guerrilla warfare, and Ranger operations, should they decide they have any need of any of those things. Just about every man-jack raised here is already a proficient sniper, so no training will be required for that.

A couple months back, I asked BIAD to make a meme involving Soros looking out of the "two minutes hate rally" screen at the crowd of Haters from the movie 1984. He did a wonderful job, and I decided I ought to learn how to do that sort of thing, so I set about making a meme of my own this evening for the PsyOps effort in this fight, to be posted around the internet. I replaced Big Brother/Soros/Trump etc with Northam, and came up with this:

It's not BIAD-level work, but I'm still learning, ok?

The edges of the screen are not very neatly cut - they seem to have a fade rather than a sharp line, but the most glaring problem is that stupid, goofy look on Northam's face rather than a menacing one, but the unfortunate fact is I have so far been unable to find an image of him that does not look stupid and goofy. It makes him look more like Emmanuel Goldstein than Big Brother!

Here are a couple of analyses, educated guesses you might say, on how things may go in VA. The first is by Matt Bracken, who used to be a BUDS/SEAL officer, now a writer. He went to school at UVA in Charlottesville and got an MA in Russian language (it was the late 70's - there was a Cold War on, y'know?), and knows the area and the people, lives in northern Florida now:

https://www.americanpartisan.org/2020/01...TK8OONbh10

Matt also wrote this next link. It's a work of pure fiction, but plausible, and since it was written 16 years ago in 2003, seems just a bit prophetic. Its a selection from one of his books - "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" that he re-posted to the internet on 21 Dec, just before this past Christmas:

https://www.americanpartisan.org/2019/12...-go-wrong/

And here is an interview on the subject he did with Infowars, which I've not listened to yet:

https://banned.video/watch?id=5e000f8ae400e6001626c94e

Here is another analysis by Michael Z. Williamson, whom I know nothing about, but who seems to have a good handle on life on the ground here:
