As for the Seneca quote, I learned awhile back that if you live in the past or fear and try to plan for the future then you are not living in the present... which means you are not actually living.

Exactly! story of my life. About the only thing I enjoy about aging, is the realizations and perspective, important and unimportant things, just start to become so much clearer!
