Over the years these hearings have become more and more brutal. They are dog and pony shows that allow our representatives to posture and pretend to be working for the best interest of the people.

They waste all of that time. money, and effort in theater, while the American people are struggling to hold on to their homes, struggle to afford transportation, and struggle to feed their children.

All of it is just BS, charades, and a game of "Gotcha!".

She is a judge, and therefore instead of blaming "science", she should have given the judicial definition of "woman" instead, because that is her alleged area of expertise. Unless I miss my guess, the legal definition of "woman" is "human female", and both of those elements must be present for an organism to be considered a "woman". mares are not women because they fail the "human" element, and men are not women because they fail the "female" element.

So she should have just said "Are you stupid? A 'woman' is defined as a human female."

I was not defending her response. I think it was a weak response. She was just playing dodge ball, because these hearings are less about finding the right person for the job, and more like a game of "Whack A Mole".

The representatives have to have their time in the lime light, and they want their stars, likes, and up votes, from around the internet. It all has the appearance and atmosphere of a TV show. I can almost here them all saying, "You're Fired!"

I wish like Hell we could fire the whole lot of them.
