I and Grace both apparently survived the coof without even noticing any symptoms. I understand that some folks get hit pretty hard with it, and I'm told some folks die from it. I'm guessing "comorbidities" must have had something to do with that. Treat the ill, and leave the healthy the hell alone to live their lives.
It leaves me wondering just how many "asymptomatic" people are really out there. I'm fairly sure it was not the "O'Moron" variant that got us. Not sure which one did, but it seems to have been a tempest in a teapot, whichever it was. I expect that omicron would take one look at us, say "oh HELL no!" and head for greener pastures.
I have no doubt they are going to try forcing the vaccines, to reach their goals, and I say good luck with that. I have enough ammo to drop the first 2000 or so that try it here, and that is accounting for potential missed shots. After the ammo is gone, it'll still be boot heels, bare knuckles, and teeth. I will do my level best to rip the throat out of any sumbitch that gets within arm's reach of me with a vax needle in hand. My level best has been tested, and found to be pretty fair.They'll not get it done while I still breathe. Come get some. I'm as willing to die defending myself as they are willing to die subjugating me. Probably more. I'm willing to play chicken with them any day they feel froggy enough to jump. Whether I live or die is immaterial - I still win that contest, because I will push the pedal all the way to the firewall. Can they say the same?
I'm not afraid to die, since I don't have many days left anyhow. They'd best take that under consideration.
