Not being a Photoshop person, I consulted with my local Photoshop lass (Grace) and she said you need to know a linear measurement to set the image DPI. So the size is in pixels, but a DPI of anything from 10 to 72 should work, as the sites usually present them by pixel size to adjust for individual screens anyhow. So at 10 DPCm, it would work out to 92 CM x 30 CM. If your DPI resolution is finer, the CM measurements will shrink downward. At 72 DPCM, it would be 12.77 cm x 4.17 cm.
If I'm not making sense, feel free to ignore me and proceed your own way. it should be clear now that I am out of my depth here!
