Yep unfortunately you are probably right. I remember a story about an A-10 pilot over an ISIS convoy who could not get permission to fire (Obama admin). Also all the new Toyota pickups and many other things point to ISIS was being funded so they could destroy Syria. It really is a sick world when it comes to the overthrow of anyone not on the "A" list of friends. Geopolitical Politics is beyond me.
