How do I say no to vax w/o completely alientating my health-care provider?

Just say no thanks, say you will wait to see how other people are after a year or so before thinking of it.  It has not had long term evaluation, even if I could take this vaccine I would not take it for a year or so till I could see how many people died or got disabled from this new style experimental medication.
