The internet has everything one needs to find.

Would disagree here.  The content of the 'net is heavily weighted toward "things" that occurred after the web was established.  There are MANY topics and events prior to that which get only brief mention, if that.  IOW, the focus is really distorted in favor of the last 2 to 3 decades.
