Dear Politicians, Tired of blackmail? Would you like to be free? Soon, the curtain rises. Smart people will get in front of it.

I think he is letting the politicians know they need to come forward and work out a deal, or else go down with the ship, and possibly go to jail.
Maybe the deal will involve keeping their name out of the news?  I don't know, but it would be something to free them from the blackmail being used against them.

Personally, I think every one of them should be exposed and rot in jail for the rest of their days.
