Yep, once again you have hit the nail on the head, I have been trying to follow what is going on in England
and its very confusing with different news sources seeming to tell different accounts...

It has to be that way due to the reluctance of the UK Government to take that draconian step of a
martial-style control and the need of the media to keep whipping up a ratings-drawing frenzy.

If you watch the UK mainstream TV, the Journalists are allowed to wander where they wish and all
for the sake of a backdrop and dramatic optics of half-empty streets.

The news is full of Journalists talking to Journalists and using words like 'may, could, suggest, lockdown'
and ominous expressions like 'it's only a matter of time' and 'the pandemic is growing'.

They're now asking for specifics when it comes to who can go to work and who can't, like the adult public
can't make it's own decisions. And there's the rub, they believe and want you to believe that it's only through
the MSM, that you can receive the correct information to do what you're told.

Another aspect is it's still all about London and it's easy writing and presentation.

It's like this shite below, who is calling for clarity? Who fuckin' rang the BBC and demanded the Government
make an exact list of who can continue their employment? With the dodgy low-wage and trafficked illegal
immigrants using the the underground to get to work in London, they wanna be careful or the Journalists
won't get their coffees!

Calls for clarity over new curbs on life in UK.

'Calls are growing for the government to give clarity over its strict new rules to stop the spread of coronavirus.
The measures, announced on Monday, tell Britons to only go to work if "absolutely necessary".

But on Tuesday, Health Secretary Matt Hancock said those who cannot work from home should go to work "to
keep the country running". Labour's Jonathan Ashworth called for "clear and unambiguous advice around which
workers can and can't go out".

In Scotland, First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said it was not possible to provide a "bespoke guidance" for each
occupation - but she gave clarity with some examples and general principles. Unlike the UK government, she said
building sites should close - unless it involves an essential building such as a hospital.

Meanwhile, people who gather in groups of three or more could face £30 fines, Downing Street said.

It comes as the number of people with coronavirus to have died in the UK reached 422 on Tuesday, the Department
of Health said - a rise of 87 on Monday's figures. There are now more than 8,000 confirmed cases.
Speaking at the government's daily briefing at Downing Street, Mr Hancock said the government is appealing for
250,000 volunteers to help the NHS and deliver medicines.

He said more than 11,000 former medics have also answered the government's call to return to the NHS, and more
than 20,000 final-year student medics and nurses will also begin work. The government is also opening a new temporary
hospital at the Excel centre in London -called the Nightingale Hospital -with two wards, each with capacity for 2,000
patients...'
