Umm... Kappy needed to work on his singing abilities, but that's not the point. He names names in this "song", and he was in a position to know because he ran with this crowd.
He turned whistle-blower before he "committed suicide". I still have questions as to whether it was him who hit the pavement, but I think this is one of those things we will never get the answer to with proof without a doubt.

Yes, he had mental problems. That comes with the territory when you experience the kind of child abuse he did, just like so many others in Hollywood or the music industry.
