Dirty Old Men, like B. Clinton, Wiener and Epstein like them looking pre-pubic age or young girls with grandpa or daddy issues.
That's EXACTLY why they do it, or started out doing it, then it became a "thing" with women who wanted to follow the lead. They don't even realize where this all started.
